After repair, they promised to issue an official receipt by sending it to my email but they didn't, unless maybe if I will call and remind them but who cares anymore, this should be under their standards. Be cautious in claiming your unit as I experienced having a different screw fixed in my unit, even fixing the screws incorrectly. Aside from resolving or repair, honestly telling us what the issue is, should be one of their responsibility. From my experience, they solve the issue from what they said by factory resetting my unit although I know how to do it I asked which mode did they made as there are 3 modes of factory reset. I have done only 1, they cannot answer me directly. Well, if they made a factory reset all of my customized presets should be erased but it is still there. Customers have the right to know the service that they are paying. And for factory resetting they charge me 100AED which is not even under any category of their service. Prior to that I asked them to tell me the issue and corresponding charge before they fix it, they are blaming me that they will be the one to call me regarding that, I don't even understand why calling them first should be an issue since they are not calling at the agreed time and decided to what they say factory resetting it for 100AED. They just simply say its the minimum charge, and showed me the list of service it is not even under any of it.
Big thanks to Sudhir & Amal for the excellent service provided for our Yamaha Clavinova. Really appreciate the service centre for accommodating our last minute request for servicing before our packers arrival. Thomson Yamaha service centre is lucky to have these amazing staff who goes beyond their duty to ensure customers are happy with their excellent service. Keep it up team.

The team here helped bring some old (20+ Yr) non-Yamaha devices back to life and use and they did it with a smile! Would recommend them.
Their customer service and after-sales follow-up are one of the worst I have tried. I contacted them for a repair my digital piano needed. We couldn't agree on a convenient time for both of us for the visit, so they told me that the technician will call one day before the visit to agree the time, however this didn't happen and then the technician called me on the same day of the visit telling me that he will be arriving in half hour. I was not available. After that they never followed up my request. I would definitely not recommend them based on this experience.
Their service is fast and superb at reasonable price. Pure professionals with approachable attitude.
