I tried to comment on your reply but I didn’t know how, so I had to add a new comment but this is my reply: - First : thank for your reply - I would really appreciate if you handle the parking issue and study the area’s situation before putting the rules and be stuck with it. - the items I asked to have it were MY ITEMS not another one, I’m the owner and I asked the staff to give to me and I it won’t be more than half a minute. - in shop there were more than one staff that time. - Finally: it is excellent and looks professional to have rules and follow it, however; this rules won’t harm you customer service which is the first thing you need to care about the level of service. - Being freezes and stuck with rules, something not always convenient. As you mentioned you have all the respected rules for the customer benefit, but here you need to have another study for some cases! As I said above: I IS MY ITEMS! I was exactly infront of the door and I could see the guy while he is talking to me on the phone! So he won’t leave the shop for 5 hours, it is exactly 5 steps or even less! At the end and the conclusion: I made a traffic infringement visiting your place and because of you rules, I panicked, I spent more than 20 min frustration finding a parcking spot, got angry! And thank you and good luck with your rules :)
Over priced to their poor quality work. I did touch up for one of my bags and the difference in the color was obvious and they did not do proper cleaning inside the bag! They price they charge is higher than the quality of work they provided , plus the time they took to provide the service is long for touch up only !
Such a delightful and beautifully designed store. Service was outstanding. I really appreciated receiving my repaired shoes and bag in resealable bags. Service that goes the extra mile!!! Highly recommend Mavi Shoetique for shoe and bag repairs. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the repairs and the workmanship overall.
