I didn’t deal with the shop for any technical service, but here’s my experience as someone passing by. I bought batteries for my AirTag from Lulu and was heading out when I needed to open the plastic packaging. I approached the shop and politely asked to borrow a pair of scissors. The staff member went to grab them, but when he saw that I had a battery, he refused and said, “Sorry, I can’t help you open batteries bought from outside.” I then walked just one meter to the Lulu help desk, got a pair of scissors, and opened it myself. As I was leaving, I told him, “I got it opened, and honestly, that wasn’t nice.” Even if I ever needed a repair from your shop, I wouldn’t come back because of this customer service. His response? “No problem, don’t.” This is just for management—please work on customer service. A little courtesy and maybe a smile could bring more clients to your shop.
I got a spare key for my car. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and were able to cut and programme the new key for me. Great work!
