Don’t come to this store to repair your electric item before you regret, your item will get more damage,and they don’t want responsibility.I came to repair my headphones, there is problem with charging part. When I come back to pick up and and tested for charger, is working but when I turn on the speaker , the speaker by the headphone it doesn’t work 1 side , I told them you have to repair that because the speaker it was fine until 1 month half They keep my headphones, and they ask me to take it back the headphones, they sad this can’t repair after make damage my headphones I got reply from my review they sad the charger it was repaired and the speaker is a new issue Hahahaa new issue after you repair the charger, is really funny 🤣
I am satisfied with my experience at the Mobile Shop and would highly recommend it to others. Their customer service was excellent and their products were of high quality. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be returning in the future.👍
Nadir was supervising and knew his tuff very well. Ranjit is the technician and helped me with all the issues I had and resolved within an hour. I am extremely impressed with the servue and attitude of the staff. I we went to Jumbo from where I bought thr laptop and they were not able to help me after sitting there for 3 hours. Highly recolmed Maha electronics
Place is a REAL SCAM. My husband took a phone to fix his broken screen and after paying 1400aed for the new one, screen started to glitch after few days. When we came back to show them that screen is not working properly, they didn’t provide any appropriate customer service and they didn’t want to take phone back for repair. My recommendation is not to deal with this shop since they don’t know how to work professionally or to give proper services.
The mobile shop maha electronics I recently visited exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The store was also clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for.
