I am a regular customer to this outlet and recently I serviced my two cars.The technician are superb, very friendly, helpful and good listeners. However the gentleman sitting at the cash counter on March 26/2025 at 10:17am was very unprofessional, unfriendly and hostile. I will rate five stare just for those amazing technicians not for him.
I have a voucher for a free auto wash expiring on oct 31.
On oct 31 i came to the auto pro automatic wash line at 11:45 , the line was too long so decided to come back later.
I came back at midnight 15 , but the guy didnt accept the voucher saying the system will not allow, i explained that 31 was 15 min ago and that i was here before but he refused to let me use it saying that even if i stayed in the line and midnight came he wont allow me . I was disappointed as i expected the staff to be a bit more helpful and from now on i know where to go for my usual car wash, somewhere where the staff are more humain and not robots who apply rules blinded.
I really need to thank Mr Deepu for the great assistance. I did my trye change 1 week back and later within somedays I could feel my car is not aligned properly as it was going into a different direction. I visited Autopro and met Mr Deepu. He checked the issue in a faster way and also I need to appreciate his presence of mind towards the customer. He explained the things in detail without hesitation. It is great to have a person like Deepu in the team 👏👏
Mr. William is very helpful and professional. He helped me in no time to change my 4 tires (ordered and replaced in 1 hour). Top professional and the rest of the team are very kind and helpful.
Must be the worst AutoPro branch I know. Constantly finding faults within the car that are not there just to charge you parts or labor. Everyday prices change - from balancing and alignment to oil change. Doesn't seem to be company policy because Discovery garden AutoPro is always good.
Overall - i strongly not recommending this one.

No electrician available to fix the screen waste of 30 minutes drive
So disappointed on the service of these people . This guy name “Shanib” asked me to wait for so long but didn’t checked my car and then said pls go to garage.
My question is if he never wated to check my car why did he wasted my time ?
Whoever is the supervisor here YOU and all ur staff needs strict training to behave with your customers.
If i was an Indian i would be prioritized by ur Indian staff.
You guys r so weird and unprofessional and an expert to waste other’s time.

The worst place to put tint ever
The guy who is working there is new and he doesn't know how to fix the tint he wasted my time on the first day for 6 hours and the second day for more than 4 hours and he couldn't fix the back glass and the sides probably and the worst thing is when he told me the problem because your car has a wide glass
He damaged the fabric in the roof as well
Don't go to this branch you will not be happy
I removed the tint and I came to another branch
