Gazalle Bicycle Repair

After an initial query to service the bike and pretty much waiting the whole.day for the bike to be picked up... I was told the car had a flat and given the run around. Then I made another appointment thinking this time they would pick the bike up. Again... sat and waited and nothing. Not even a courtesy to say regrettably we cannot pick it up. Assuming I'm expecting too much ... but yeah disappointed.. doesn't even begin to describe it.

Amazing service! Very prompt and professional. Assembled and fixed our bike in a jiffy, without meeting anyone and before promised time! Highly recommended! Great work guys! 💜

collected an electric scooter from my address but then my phone was stolen - they never returned the scooter - and when I finally got their details refused to look for it! Arrogant customer service making every excuse not to return it. Said they didn’t tag or label it -

I had a very disappointing experience here. The service was incredibly slow, and the prices were unreasonably. Customer service was lacking as well – they were not prioritizing guests in the order they arrived and seemed to attend to others ahead of those who had been waiting. The attitude of the manager was also extremely unprofessional and dismissive. Overall, I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for good service or value.

They are liars about the prices and they exaggerate it.Everything written on the site is a big lie and when the bike arrives to their workshop they manipulate the prices, if you don’t like the price they will charge you 125aed without even doing anything. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
