Be aware of this Garage. I brought my car in perfect condition for a basic oil change, and it came back with an โABSโ error that wasnโt there before (my car is only 69 KM, new). When I complained, they refused to take responsibilityโeven though I have video proof from their technician confirming the car was fine before the service. To make it worse, theyโve been pressuring me to remove my negative review. Donโt trust this place, from previous reviews it looks like they are good ONLY with painting but not service
Just to clarify below response, issue was reported one day (documented in WhatsApp), they again misdiagnosed the issue and again asked me to pay for ABS replacement (sales target), yes I spoke to the management since I was trying to solve the, but it was nothing like below response

I brought my car for paint repair. I met with Mr. Suhail who assisted me professionally and estimated the cost of the repair. Later, they contacted me informing me that the job was done providing video and updates of it. When I went to receive the car, the job was excellently done and the car was clean. I received it from Mr. Khadr who was very coperative with a friendly attitude. I would surly recommend this garage as a clean garage with excellent customer service, good prices and good quality car repair services. I wish that you keep providing the high quality service and care to your customers.

I had an amazing experience at Magic Touch Garage! The team was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, with Eng .Khader going above and beyond to assist me every step of the way. I brought my car in for paintless dent repair (PDR), Engine Oil Service for Audi A6 35 FSI and the outcome was outstandingโthe dent completely vanished, and the finish was perfect. It truly looks like the car was never damaged. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need!
Khader is very patient and professional. He always explained things in details and gave me the options. They solved my car issue and they are responsible. After I left the garage, I still received messages from Khader. I had the best car repairing experience here.
Terrible Experience at Magic Touch Garage โ Overpriced & Low Quality
I went to Magic Touch Garage for brake skimming and alignment , expecting a professional service. Instead, I got high costs and poor workmanship.
After they finished the job, I immediately noticed a strange sound from the brakes. When I sent him on whatsapp, instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the partsโeven though I provided original parts
This garage is overpriced, unprofessional, Avoid them at all costs
They treated my car like garbage, i will not leave my car with them.
Very bad they charge 150 aed to give quotation !!!
