Place to repair your laptops, desktops and tablets, but beware once your device diagnose with fault you have to pay 50 AED whether you want to repair it or not. And if you want to repair it you need to go through with their quote what obviously higher than local market prices.
worst nightmare ever! support staff incompetent's. recovery tool download doesn't work and after hours on remote admin the technician asked me to try to download the recovery tool later when Lenovo has a policy that the download expires after 72 hours and i have already been trying to do this since yesterday. poor quality , lousy support and worst brand ever.
