Did not communicate effectively over text, travelled 1+hour to get to the shop located in Bud Dubai, dropped device off and told to return in 2 hours. We were told post 2hrs that the part was not available and the alternative was 2X The original amount quoted over call. Massive waste of time, and they were not in the least bit apologetic.
I bought a MacbookLaptop (Used) but unfortunately after a month the display was not working. When I asked them they told me for repairing it will cost around 450/- dhs And have no gaurantee for used one. I took the laptop to another shop in which I found they were badly soldered the Display cables (which was repaired before). I resoldered the cables @100/- dhs only. The used items are selling here without any guarantee and all of them are repaired only….do not trust them
I got my Lenovo ThinkPad E15 upgraded by added an NvME and upgraded the ram. They had all the relevant parts available and also got the windows installed within 30 minutes. I was guided professionally over the phone call by the team to do a virtual diagnostics so the solution is known before visiting. Happy by the service and will surely be visiting for other services and repairs. Got the best price from the market also Recommended. 🫶🏻
I received an excellant service to repair of my laptop not only at dubai shop but also online support after repairing my laptop at shop in resonable price.
I went for to fix my laptop, very unprofessional work. Repairing and replacement was not showing infornt of the customer, hiding the spare part details amd what kind of activity they have done.And there is no genuine battery, informed that all are genuine parts. It's a worst experience.

My ACER laptop battery went dead and I had to fix it asap. Luckily I called Speed Falcon shop and they were so much accomodating. It took 1 hour and half to replace the battery and also reformat my laptop so quick. Special thanks to SUFI, very nice guy welcoming super helpful I would definitely comeback and recommend this shop to my friends! Thank you so much 🪬
This place is run by a bunch of scammers be very careful dealing with them. Reported to police but had to warn anybody that looks them up. Not to be trusted.
Very cooperative People. i purchased a surface and after 2 days i noticed that Touch is not working. i visited their shop and claimed to fix it. they gave me alternate item bcoz problem was not fixable. after sale service is Key to any business and i will buy again in future from speed flacon.
