I had a very good experience in khorfakkan hospital. Their services are excellent. The Patient care and customer services are above expectations. I wish all them all the best.
If I could give this horrible hospital no stars, I would. Most incompetent & unequipped hospital ever. My dad had a severe traumatic brain injury & was admitted to this hospital. His brain was hemorrhaging & they said it’ll stop on it’s own, so they kept him in this hospital without any surgery or any drainage of the blood for 7 to 8 hours. He was still conscious when they had admitted him, but when we moved him out to another hospital, he was unconscious & he eventually passed away after 20 days. They didn’t give my mom any information when my mom was at the hospital, didn’t show her any CT scans & they kept on telling her the blood will go on it’s own. My dad was killed at this hospital because of their incompetence & them wasting time. If I could sue this hospital, I would.
If you have a damman insurance just go away. They refuse my insurance with no clear reason for me, even when I call Daman which confirm I can use my insurance here, they still refuse it. I going to make complain about it everywhere where I can, becouse it's just riddiculus.

If your dieing to pain please dont go to this emergance after 7 pm because you will even die and your number will not come because shortage of staff
My deepest gratitude to the National Ambulance service and the staff at Khorfakan Hospital who treated my daughter's injury promptly and professionally. The hospital is very clean and the staff were kind and caring.
One of the kindest staff ive ever experienced in a hospital. The hospital is so clean too. The staff, receptionist, guards etc are so attentive and kind. They will accommodate you at their service. The doctors and nurses that take care of my father are superb. They have the nicest smile ive ever experienced in a hospital. They are helpful with the everything we try to ask. On the overall experience i will really recommend this hospital to everyone.
The staff very accomodating. And friendly staff but the only think im not ok the period of paymaent was only 30 days to pay.... Sad to here that they will not givinv another option ... But all in the doctor operated to my father was really good and kind.... But only some staff was angry because we cant provide emediately the payment in the hospital....... But the doctor really good and kjnd....
Wrost place to have basics of emergency aids.. after waiting more than two hours I've been told to wait more with my daughter who was not stop coughing while waiting.. I prefer to leave than die there
