I was really disappointed about the answer we got from a SAMSUNG dealer, the TV I bought 14 months ago is not working even it was very very light use, the dealer stated that the screen is to be replaced, it seems that the screen was factory defected, now 8 have to pay half of the TV price, but the funny thing is they will provide me with 1 month warranty only.. the amount is 1850AED
Miserable way to locate the centre. Spend 1hr trying to locate the place. Brand like Sony can offer much better option. There is no clarity with call centre about where to take TV for service. Wasted another two days because call center has clear information.
No service! I had a problem in ps5 controller stick. They didnt even give me a reference for the repair. They took the product and told me that its physical damage when there is no damage at all and controller is working fine. Only I wanted to fix the stick issue as there is some problem with the movements. Its a product under warranty. Very bad service. Never buying electronic items in NOON.
They visit me for a laundry service , they were send through the Samsung customer service . Terrible service , the technician come I show him the error on the screen at the washing machine , and he just told me that need to change the main board and the screen , without actually open the washing machine and check the issue , basically he told me straight away that the replacement will be 980 AED, is just a ridiculous price and guarantee doesn’t cover it , the new washing machine is 840aed by now I boought it for 1300 AED . Basically they come and they want it to charge 160 AED for the visit for just doing nothing , ripp off , not recommended at all , Avoid this company they want to take money from you and overprice the fix
Very bad experience, not answering phone, tuff staff over the phone, service took 6 days which not require more than 2 days in another centre Need to reach management to solve issue, thanks Mohammad for support
