My gl500 was vibrating for a long time , i met Mr.Salim and he realised that my engine got some problems and he did it well. Not impressed with their services as time taken to service is unpredictable, few issues remain unresolved due to mismanagement of service time, unsatisfactory computer settings and cleaning post service also concerning (as it seems formality without paying proper attention). Few value added services like tinting, polishing, electonics work/interior are missing which press for looking full services auto works.
Suprise to see owner comments below....instead of correcting things, not finding service data seems another big conern where they are not managing vehicle service history :-( (refer image to refresh your memory)

اقسم بالله انه كذب علي و قال انا ببدل قطعه و ضمان و بعدها قام يتهرّب و انا اعرفه الريال ايام كان يشتغل في ورشة مراغي صارتلي معاه مشاكل وايد ما انصح حد يروح عنده
