I bought apple watch to i style abu dhabi mall just now. I think the one who assisted me was an African saleslady. She was very not accommodating.We went to the store and she pretends to be busy. She added an item without asking me whether i want it or not until i noted that the final bill includes additional 99 dirhams which i asked her to remove. I bought the watch as a gift to someone, if im not in a rush i would have buy it to another store. Disappointed much!!!

I bought iphone recently from istyle abudhabi mall. The service and information provided was misleading. It was in the night and I have asked about warranty they said only of I take apple care and additional protection I can get the warranty. Again asked about international warrant what apple give by default. They said no. Also no waterproof. I bought iphone 13 and it come with water resistance.
For making businesses and for taking additional pack, they are giving false informations or hiding the fact. Also they were trying to sell some other company/brand adapter to charge the iphone when apple has its own original c type adapter.
They compelled me to take apple care and informed I cant take it on next day. Actually i have 60 days to purchase apple care from the date of purchase which i saw in website.
Please review all details in apple website before going to any stores for buying apple products.
Never trust these istyle store guys.

I was buying a product there. The salesman requested to provide my personal data: phone, email, name etc. She told that it was required for the warranty. This is total LIES. No personal data is required for warranty! This is the LAW! Stop making fulls of people.

Mr Anthony was very humble and polite salesperson who helped us a lot during our purchase at the store and while we were having a trouble. Literally liked that guy and his service would recommend others to visit the store too.
