I bought a Look keo blade pedals which costs 900aed and then the staff member just put on the cleats on the shoes without a fitting at all and asked for an additional 350aed just to get the cleats fitted right and I refuse to pay the extra which I shouldn’t have to because I just paid 900aed and this should be with the fitting of the cleats!! Also he installed the cleats with no grease and tightened them so tight that I can’t even get them out to get them in the right place!!! Really bad customer service, I would recommend going elsewhere.

P.T. I went to Wolfi bike shop and they adjusted the cleats for me and got me fitted for 100aed which is reasonable and it turned out that the cleats were horribly in the wrong place that the worker at Ride placed them and I actually felt the difference. I wouldn’t recommend Ride at all.

I did the idmatch bike fitting with iride.ae at their shop. Nick and Rania looked after me. Very knowledgeable both of them. I realized just how much there is for me to learn about cycling.. overall my previous setup wasn’t completely off, but the small and very, very precise (did I say very already?) adjustments made a massive difference on my comfort on the bike! Thank you very much, will be recommending you guys to my cycling friends!

I ordered indoor cycling trainer online, their stock was two pieces of that trainer, after I ordered it becomes one, when I called to ask about delivery they said it's out of stock and I need to wait for two weeks to one month, I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money back, till now I didn't get my money back, this happened almost two weeks ago.feeling disappointed

I went in for a bike fitting and aero bars installation and Nick helped me. Nick’s attention to detail and patience was outstanding. If you’re looking at buying a bike, make sure you go to him!!

I’m a complete cycling newbie and wanted to start the right way in an effort to not develop any bad habits. I payed the I-RIDE a visit after finding out about them via Instagram. From the initial call with Nick I was already sure that I’m at the right place. He made sure to listen to what I want out of this experience, make sure that I’m set up for success and most of all, avoid injury by any shape or form given that I’m still at the beginning of my journey. For the experience itself with the fitting and capture machine they have there, we were able to fine tune my bike exactly to my measurements, down to the millimeter. Throughout the entire process, Nick also made sure that all my questions are answered, regardless of how big or small they were when it comes to cycling. It’s only something that I usually appreciate and will definitely make me a repeat customer from now on. Thank you Nick!

My worst customer experience ever at a retail shop. Staff member "serving" me was rude and objectionable and appeared to take pleasure in ensuring I had the worst possible experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to any of the numerous bike shops in Dubai. Less than one star.

Needed industry9 hub body. For bafang bbshd ebike…but didn’t know spec.?!:/ since its fat bike?! jehad technician, hosam, hisa very helpful. Knowledgeable, VERY reasonable prices.! & have tabby facility!! fantastic company!👏🥇🏆

Not recommended. Poor quality accessories. They sold something to me 10 times expensive and poor quality. The same product I got from from Amazon with 10 times less price and better solid quality. Staff is rude and doesn't treat well.

Went in to purchase new rubber handles for my daughter's bike 40aed.

He then charges me 50aed as a "labour" charge for simply adjusting the handle bars and lifting the bike seat!

None of which was put forward to me.

It's not the price of labor that bothers me, it's the principle! He could have just said by the way we charge for a simple seat adjustment and handle bar adjustment.

Then the guy is rude by saying "what do you think it's free"?

I'd rather spend my money elsewhere from now on.
