After signing the yearly maintenance contract and being promised that a team will come fix anything if I had an emergency within 1 hour that was not the case. They didn’t answer my calls and I was left with no AC in summer. Save your energy and time and choose another company.
I contacted them to install curtains in the bedroom and living room Amd to install two paintings. The quality of the work is beyond bad! They sent one person alone to install curtains which does not make sense. This job should take maximum 2 hours instead it took the guy that came 4h. The paintings were installed each one on a different level even though he was informed to make sure that they are both installed on the same level as they will be hanging right next to each. The curtains - he did not place the hooks in the right place on the curtain itself before putting them up on the curtain rod. The corners of the curtain were just hanging loose with no hooks to hold them up properly. There were many spaces on the curtain that were just handing not properly due to the fact that he did know how to place the hooks on the curtain with the proper spacing between each hook before installing it in the rod in the ceiling. I contacted the office and they were just not acknowledging that they did not do proper work. They wanted to come back to see how they can fix the issue but I did not want them to come back to my apartment and waist my time and still to a very poor job!
Irfan was very patient and cool headed to work with. He did the work in a deadline that I had, the painting and wood flooring was done up to the mark, and even if there were retouches to be done he did it instantaneously. The workers as well were extremely good they listened to the specific instructions I had about the walls and flooring. All in all good service and value for money. Highly recommend!!
