At first, I thought this was the best computer shop in Abu Dhabi, hi tech computers with six branches, including Super Sports Computer behind Sadaf on Electra Street. However, my recent experience has completely changed my perspective. After being called to collect my laptop, which had been there for three years, I was shocked by the unprofessional and rude attitude of one of the representatives.

Rather than handling the situation with courtesy, I received a threatening call, saying, “If you don’t pick up your laptop, we will sell it.” This level of disrespect is unacceptable and disappointing, especially from a company with such a reputation.

To the owner reading this: Thank you for the call from your team to notify me about my laptop, but I absolutely cannot accept the rude and threatening tone from one of your staff. It’s not just about the products; it’s about how you treat your customers.

I expected better service and professionalism. This experience has left me questioning the values of this business, and I hope you address this issue and ensure your team treats customers with respect in the future.

I have bought gaming PC from them, a used one، it cost me more than 6000 AED, unfortnettly the have replaced the gaming Rams and installed a normal desktop PC rams. i dont recomend any one to deal with them.
