First of all it’s better to visit the place coz when i called there, no use waste of time and money but,I had a helpful conversation with the staff, explained well! what i need to know
highly unsatisfied with the staff behavior and their knowledge. Asked to check and fix reception problem. and they said to change the sim card instead. finally got it fixed at local mobile repair shop. And at Samsung, even for any minute problem they are charging like minimum AED 250. which is not ethical. Samsung please check with your staff's knowledge about your products and your service valuation.
One of the worst experience I ever had in my life. I took my samsung s21 ultra over there for screen replacement (because of the green lines coiming in the screen after doing a software update) the company itself told that every unit will get a replacement for free if this is happening after the update. But these guys just refused to do so by saying that phone is having major physical damage.. and the Fun fact was the phone was only having very minor regular usage scratches.. 😅 .. and they are claiming that these scratches are major physical damages and they cannot do the warranty! Lol these people are scammers!! They just want to deny warranty by saying anything!
One of the worst service center of Samsung, yesterday while talking in my S24 ultra mobile the screen suddenly got flickering & lower half of the screen became blank.My phone is only 2 months old & TDRA approved phone. It doesn't have small scratch or dent on entire phone body.But service center technician & counter staff are forcing me to pay 760 dhs saying that phone screen has physical damage & when i countered him to show any scratches or dent they unable to show it.They are not honoring the warranty & threating the customer to pay otherwise we will not repair it.I have been forced to pay because i need my phone urgently as i dont have any back up phone with sufficient memory to transfer data of the current phone,so i paid the service amount.Don't ever visit this store as they will never honor the warranty
