Everything is fine. but i seen very..very... negligence, bad behavior person in shop. His talking, receiving clients and giving answers are worst. I think he is not interested to work and do business in market. He cant stand on his first word and always changes his words ( lies ) by the situation. They never act and behave like dealer's ( for specific brand which they mention in website) in market. Totally changing dealer meaning by there act. Never go this shop by thinking, they are the dealer and you get good price for the products. NOOOO....! AVOID THIS SHOP.
Horrible...staff needs to understand customer service brings business not their freaking attitude
I had very bad experience with these guys. Today (13.05.2019) 12.30 pm I bought a battery for a bike (the price was fair enough ,but I doubt on the quality of product)around like 1 o’clock installed it in my bike but it was not started.then I tried with jumper cables then it started ,i kept it running 30 min then I tried to switch off and switch on again but it was not working. So I made sure that it’s the battery which I had bought is faulty. Then I called them and raised the complaint in regards to this they told that even if you go for court for the case in regards to this also they not have any issue we won’t replace it, and complained that it’s my bike issue and keep avoiding. The man who was there in the phone was so arrogant and disrespectful disgusting and don’t know how to behave with customer. My suggestion is look for other shops or check the battery before you buy from these guys!!!1star =0

We have many spareparts dealers as we run the motorcycles workshop in Dubai. And we use to deal with Dubai sky but the behaviour is so rude,and we can understand that employes are not behaving good.
So we can make suggestions to owner for correct thing
But main thing owner of the Business is more behaviour less than employes, shame on this.
Kindly request to all motorcycles garages in UAE to not buy any spare parts from them because if u ask him the price he will shout on us likewise we asking parts for free
