I have purchased Samsung refrigerator with 1 month guarantee , refrigerator have water leakage problem after I call him they changed to other refrigerator but the refrigerator have Same problem and sound to much , when I call him for the complaint of refrigerator his not responding and he said will not come to pick and not change ..

I took repair service but after few days same problem coming they want again money to come and check. Poor after repair service.
We were told fridge has heater problem & replaced timer & defrost sensor but after repair the problem still persists. After following up no response on phone nor any reply on what's app. Very poor & pathetic service and unprofessional behavior.
