I had a bad experience with this shop. I bought a laptop worth 1400AED and they sent one with so much problem. The moment I opened the Laptop , the first problem was the fingerprint-it doesn’t work. This issue was very minor so I let it slide . However after using the laptop for 3 times the keyboard itself didn’t work. I messaged them and send it personally in their warehouse hoping that they can fixed it or change the unit at least. I’ve waited for 6 hours for them to fix the laptop and sadly they weren’t able to fix it that day so I decided to leave the laptop and let them send it to my address( as what they suggested). They sent the item back after a day . I checked it again the moment I received the laptop. There’s still problem about the keyboard and I contacted them immediately. They promised that they will picked it up to change the laptop. Days went by but they haven’t reach me or even call me . I messaged them multiple times but still they ignored my messages . The laptop that I bought from their shop is now useless because I can’t worked with its keyboard. Now I sent emails to people who can help me for legal actions specially to the Tabby App where I ordered the item. Now I’m still paying the laptop that I don’t even use. I was happy with their service because at first they responded but the problem is the item they have , they should’ve checked the item carefully before sending it for shipment or else they should not send items which are not functioning very well. I didn’t give importance to their customer in this sense. I will make an article about this experience so everyone will be informed. Again be careful everyone.
I have bought 2 Microsoft surface laptops from Green circle, they have been very nice in service and pricing, very humble staff, they treat customer with respect. I recommend this seller genuinely. Hamza Bhai and irfan Bhai keep up the good work
