Extremely bad experience
Charged me120 Aed as the battery was not working.
Charged 45Aed for charger which is still not working and gave me an old battery for 50 Aed.
Shop is always very busy, I queued up to pay the money,( I would have left but that will kill me inside, too many people in the shop) they never give receipt and verbally the African man gave me a warranty for 3 months.
Well, battery and charger never worked properly.
When I went to explain the issue they accused me of lying.
It's my fault, that I trusted them and never took receipt
If you take any services from them, do take the receipt because the will denied all outright.
I have to argue and then he return my money back. Only 50 Aed.
I didn't like they accusing me.
Charger they took 45Aed. But now they said they never charge more then 20Aed.
People working there say any amount without thinking.

Additional charges (for repair/swap) applicable; rates are reasonable. The customer service staff was professional, prompt; understood the requirement and got the right parts. Cashier was also very helpful. Parts are reasonably priced. They provided 1-month warranty on original parts.

I would give them ZERO stars. Handed over my daughter's laptop to fix the touch screen and told me to collect it in 6 days. Waited and gave them a call on the 7th day and still it wasn't ready. Went to collect the laptop and wasn't ready... Honestly wasn't surprised. They replaced the screen in 30 min and luckily took my receipt. While checking the screen exiting the shop I discover it was still cracked. Here the MISBEHAVIOR AND RUDENESS showed up. Extremely aggressive and arrogant. Not willing even to listen to me and raising their voices. After insisting they looked at the camera and finally agreed to change the screen again. Putting this review is to let people know the reality. It's not worth it to go there and waste your time and energy and burn your nerves. Zero stars even sub zero. I'm not looking for anything in return this is the reality.

It is a waste of time , they order the part for you and keep you waiting for months and then when you contact them no update or records you have to tell the story again, not professional at all

My experience was so bad with them ..I took my laptop to fix it ..they even did not check it and told me they don't have time to check..I was so disappointed to waste my time and drove from Ajman to Sharjah.
