I bought 2 split unite a/c , we finish installing for a/c after 2 days , one of a/c start making load noises, I call support team to check they they set time after 2 days and they didn’t show up , then I contact them again by call center they told me that we will back to u soon , and the same no one call me , second day I call them , the same thing informed me to contact me later. Nothing changes. Very worse support team , and how is the new item have technical issues that’s mean the product not that quality to purchase.

I bought a washing machine from them brand new , sealed it was not working, don't they have QC before delivery or check after installation, at the same moment I called the company they gave me different numbers to call, and to my luck they keep diverting the problem from person to another, their service center is a miss, and hardly answer the calls, finally after filing a complain they said Tom 10 in the morning someone will come check the washing machine, no one came yet, and the service center said is on his way 2 hours ago, if he was coming from Saudi he would have reached. I was a regular buyer from them now I regret buying from them, lesson learned , don't recommend others to buy from them or else you suffer like I did.

Their showroom is very neat and clean. All things were in place and you can easily see which types you want to buy. The staffs are very welcoming and joyful. It's worth the visit. 🥰
