⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Abdul Rauf as my service adviser. He was professional, attentive, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. His customer service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the prompt updates and smooth handling of my car service. Highly recommended!
Avoid the guys if you are taking your car there from your insurance company.
From bad paint jobs, reverse camera mounted upside down (nice view of the sky), panels that don't align with each other, bonnet that stops closing properly unless you drop it from 1M high (their solution for it), lights that don't work on one side of the car... they have it all!
Not a single time that my car was dropped there, that it didn't have to go back a 2nd or 3rd time.
They have made a name for themselves as a good garage, but in my experience they are anything but!
Bad, Bad experience, guys. I thought it was Gargash of the Mercedes Brand, but coincidentally, this is the Garage with a similar name. So be extra careful before handing over your vehicle.
I love my car, as most of you do, and greatly care about it. I am just writing this review to let you know that these garage people are not professional based on my experience here in UAE for the last 15 years.
Kindly don't end up in the same situation explained below.
There was a slight scratch on the bumper of my vehicle, and the Sukoon (Oman) insurance company gave me a list of garages. I thought, Wow, Gargash, assuming their other franchise and quality of service.
For a minor scratch repair, they took two full weeks to send a quotation to the insurance company. When the insurance company started chasing the supervisor, we got the quotation.
The service advisor informed me to hand over the vehicle for Six working days, thoughtfully? to repaint the bumper. Do they need six days? With no option, I was forced to hand over my vehicle for six days. Later, I just asked about the maintenance status, and still, they didn't bother to reply to any of my emails. I got lucky to get one reply to collect my vehicle after sending multiple reminders from day four onwards.
It was just a bumper repaint; the quality of the work is not very impressive; any small garages across Dubai can better do it.
Their service advisor's attitude is just one level above the sky. They have no formal training on customer dealing /value/satisfaction/communication/coordination, etc.
From receiving my vehicle till handover, they treat customers as "being taken for granted". During the maintenance period, they did not respond to most of my emails until I sent multiple reminders every time.
On the day of my vehicle collection, they forced me to wait more than an hour as they had not completed the maintenance. (photo attached)
When I escalated, Mr. Abrar intervened and tried to resolve the delay. With no luck, finally, they arranged a vehicle to drop me at my residence, and later, they handed over my car to my residence.
Upon receiving my vehicle, I observed a few minor scratches on the body of my car, which were not there before. (Photos attached)
Moreover, when I was there, I saw the recovery truck was reversing; he had scratched the new land cruiser (Black Color) badly. This is also risky because there is no guarantee of the safety of your vehicle.
Hence, avoid this garage if you and your vehicle need to be treated well. The problem is that nothing goes smoothly, and you must jump in between to finish every task.
I learnt a critical sentence from their service advisor: "Sir, we can't make every customer happy", and he washed his hands out of this inconvenience and delay.
Lastly, I request that Gargash management train their service advisors by having quarterly visits to another service centre so they can observe and learn better.
I am still confused. They got 4.5 Ratings. Unbelievable.

Complaint Regarding Gargash Garage Service
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Gargash Garage, which was assigned to me by the insurance company following an accident. The repairs, which included replacing the rear bumper and the rear right headlight, were handled poorly and caused multiple additional issues.
First and foremost, the garage made me wait an unreasonably long time for the repairs. When I finally received the vehicle, I discovered several problems. The battery had been replaced, but the necessary configurations were not done properly, resulting in multiple electrical faults. Additionally, the headlight connection cables were cross-connected, causing them to fail. Start stop fail.The bumper was not installed correctly or balanced properly. Furthermore, the rear door and the gas tank cover were faulty.
Despite my efforts to reach out to the company to address these issues, I was unable to find anyone to assist me. The lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. It is evident that because the insurance company covered the costs, the garage did not put in the necessary effort to ensure quality work.
Sloppy repairs like these can lead to serious problems, both in terms of vehicle safety and customer trust. I urge you to take immediate action to address these concerns and improve your service standards.
I expect a prompt response and a resolution to the issues caused by your garage.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Sukoon Insurance. Despite paying a substantial amount for their services, the experience was no better than that of a regular, inexpensive insurance company.
After my car accident on June 28, 2024, Sukoon's representative directed me to Gargash Auto Repair in Al Qusais. I visited the garage on June 29, 2024, for an inspection. During follow-up, I learned that the repair quote had not been submitted, though the garage representative, Ritesh, claimed he had submitted it and was awaiting approval. After approval, I was told to leave my car at the garage, and repairs would take about 10 days. I left my car on July 11, 2024, and it was ready on July 21, 2024.
Upon inspection, I noticed a gap between the bumper and light, which Ritesh claimed was pre-existing. However, the bumper was damaged in the accident, and I had informed him it needed repair. Additionally, the car's front sensors were constantly beeping, and Ritesh promised to replace them, which has not been done. I took the car to another garage, where they found hard glue used to hold the bumper in place, as shown in the attached photo.
The reason for detailing this experience is to highlight the poor service quality, making the expensive insurance unjustifiable. Zero rating to Sukoon Insurance and Gargash Auto Repair.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to give credit where it’s due. Abdul Rauf worked on my Mercedes CL63 and did an absolutely outstanding job. From the start, he was super professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knew what he was doing. You can tell he really cares about the work he does, he treated my car like it was his own. The car feels amazing now, better than it has in a long time. It’s not easy to find someone you can fully trust with a high-performance car, but Abdul is definitely that guy. If you want your car in expert hands, I can’t recommend him enough.
I have had varying experiences at Gargash Workshop. During my initial visit, the team was responsive and efficiently addressed my vehicle’s issue, which I appreciated. On my recent visit, I encountered delays and limited communication, resulting in my vehicle remaining at the workshop for several days without progress. I eventually chose to retrieve my car after covering the inspection fees. I hope the workshop can ensure consistent service quality across all visits.
Not trustworthy. I left my car with them for a week. They don't respond professionally. They are not transparent. My car condition is much worse after i left the car with them. I sent them a message back to give them my comments and they did not even respond.
Qualified team but lack attention to detail. When I came to collect my car few things were not done properly... Pointed it out. Got it fixed... Then few days later the same cause for which the car was sent for repairs popped up again, turns out they missed replacing something else... This lack of attention to detail and carelessness, put me off... Would not recommend them. Oh and the guys who work in the reception, almost impossible to get hold of... They give their mobile numbers but never pick it up... Maybe if you are lucky they will answer or call back etc. Very disappointed, was expecting more professionalism.
The Team is very efficient and the work done is simply outstanding a big shout out to Mr. Syed from al quasais branch who kept me posting about my vehicle every now and then via call or messages, he was always available to my calls apart from all this the best thing what I was in awe for Mr. Syed kept in updating about the work with real time photographs shared on my wp. I really would love to recommend Gargash auto multi brand al quasais. Thank you so much to the entire team to make the process so smooth and fast, and as said big shout out to Mr. Syed.
