Fixperts Shop Mall of Emirates

After discussing with the staff about my phone issue, we agreed my phone might not be fixed and I kept it there for them to check with the hope. The same male staff, didnt get the name, when I called back to check the phone status, he was ruded on the phone. Eventhough I failed to understand his English but still I felt the rude and tone raising voice of his. What he did? I told him pls inform if you cant fix my phone and he didnt. I only know of when I called back and I said you should let me know if it cant be fixed so I dont have to wait longer time. I dont know about others but during the call, I couldnt understand his English partly, asked to repeat then he started to raise his tone... So I will not recommend this shop for anyone. The cost is high and the service is so low. You can find many other better shops at the MOE so do not bother yourself to get pissed off with a bad service.

And i forgot, they dont know how to FIX PHONE and will send outside to other shop. So do not fix your phone here

First one which we like but he made a mistake and make for iPhone 12 and again he made another one and which is not like which we said. Customer service is very poor and not professional.

I’m very disappointed. I’ve had issues with my keyboard on Macbook Pro. They’ve changed keyboard very quick, and it’s working, so I left nice review. But later I discovered that there’s noise inside, like they didn’t fix it or forgot to put something inside. I’ve bring it back. After 3 days they’ve called me and told that everything is fixed. I came, checked - still same problem. That’s a bad thing when you decide to save some money and bring your device to not authorize service. They fixing one thing and breaking another. Now - I have no idea what they will do inside my Mac. Maybe will put some paper or just glue it, so I will not know for a while. Save your time, your money and your devices. To be continued

Technicians are very friendly and there works are good. Mac keyboard backlight issues is gone now... I am really happy now. And the prices are also geniune.

Very poor service. Just my ipad screen was broken and it works fine everything infact I was using since a year with broken screen. Just I fix the screen with them after then charging was not working and they are unable to accept their fault. When they again took for investigation they said its power button is not working Eventhough the it was working fine before screen fix. They are not ready to accept their fault. Now its being 2 weeks and they are doing practical on it and they are unable to fix the issue.

Worst shop in MOE. Only gives excuses as why the poor workmanship on sold Fixperts items fail. Fixperts MOE staff lack any professional manners when dealing with customers and fail to provide any solutions.
Staff only go to answer to justify their position is that the goods were in good condition for 3 weeks only; goods sold have no warranty; they are not responsible on feedback given by another Fixperts MOE staff member; and that a manager is not available so leave your number and the manager will call when possible! Needless to say that by the time the manager calls, I have already replaced the defective goods at another rival shop in MOE who have indeed warrantied works/goods sold.
