Does not recommend. I would advise you go for someone more professional. The website fools you into thinking that they are professional, but they are simply not.

If you want someone professional, on-time, who doesn’t waste your time, gets the job done with no re-visits needed to fix poor work, this is the wrong number to call.

Here is my very bad experience:
First, they came an hour late, then they wasted an hour of my time because they didn’t know how to hang an ikea curtain track. Third, they ripped my temporary curtain that was stitched to the wall with scotch tape and they clipped it thinking I wouldn’t notice! I discovered after they left and their excuse to not telling was I was on the phone when it happened!
I literally taught them how to do the job and asked to use 2 ceiling pieces per track, they only used 3 for 2 tracks and shortly after they left, I had a hanging curtain track from my ceiling ready to fall down - SAFETY CONCERN! I asked for a quick fix, they wouldn't come in the morning, only evening time which they were an HOUR LATE to AGAIN – building does not allow late maintenance, so they didn't fix the hanging track! To finish it nicely, they switched their phone off. It looks like I will pay more to someone else to fix their work.

Expert Handyman Service in Dubai. This is what I can say about FixitDubai Handnyman Services in simple words. They have a very reliable and efficient team of staff. We needed to have a new socket installed in our kitchen to be able to install a freezer, and the electrician did a great job with minimal mess. After the completion of the job, they, even vacuumed the floors before leaving! and they were very kind. Similarly, we had a plumber change the clean water valve to fit our new dishwasher and install it for us with no issues. They also did some carpenter work to fit it properly in our cabinet, so overall, they were very talented and did a great job in all aspects. We were very happy in the end with their service and attention to detail. They didn’t surprise us with the final cost and informed us clearly about how much it would cost in advance. Thank you very much, Ali (for the appointment arrangement), and the FixitDubai team (for the great work). We will definitely use your services again in the future with no hesitations..

Handyman arrived on the time, installation of my new light switches, ceiling pendants and a wall light was done perfectly right, and they were professional throughout. It’s been refreshing to work with such a reliable company. I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted FixitDubai Handyman Services because I needed a light switch to be fixed. The electrician from the company came over and quickly fixed it for me. The guy also replaced my old lights with new, more efficient LED lights. I'm really happy with their work and attitude! This company is great and I would recommend it to everyone looking for a handyman service in Dubai.

I had requested the service of Fix it to put up some curtains at my residence. The job done was average and I believe very time consuming. I was not given a rate by the person who answered their phone and when the people called over they told me that it cost Aed 150/- per hour. When leaving I paid them Aed 450/- as requested and asked them to come the next day to do some other work I had in the house. When they did not turn up the next day my husband called their contact number to find out what was happening. My husband found out that they had overcharged us as the according to the office contact the rate was Aed 150/- and Aed 100/- for each additional hour. Therefore I had overpaid them by Aed 100/-, which the office contact promised to return. It has now been 3 weeks and the guy keeps on saying that he will send the driver the following day, which has not come as yet for him. Furthermore no receipt was furnished by Fix it. Based on our experience, I DO NOT recommend this company for any work as they are not Trustworthy and the handymen they send are what you would expect!

Simply horrible. We called for the service to replace 4 A/C thermostats and to install 6 ceiling lights. To start with 2 electricians showed up with very poor English made it very hard to communicate. They spent 15-20 minutes trying to figure out how to change the 1st thermostat. One of them kept staring at my 15 years old daughter with no sham which made her uncomfortable and staying inside till they finished. Following things looked fine till the light number 6 was installed, this is when the joke started. Lights flashing like a night club, and they kept trying to fix the switch on the wall next to the door with no hope.
They mentioned that this needs some more work to be done and that they will come back following the agreement over the phone with their supervisor that they will continue the job on Tuesday. We were asked to pay for the completed job and that is why my husband paid.
Surprisingly having guests later, they were trying to ring the door bill but funny enough it was not working and instead the lights they fixed were flashing with the door bill. And of course we came to find the the thermostats are working oppositely (when you choose high speed fan, it works on low and vice-versa)
Being unreliable, as expected they didn't show up on Tuesday. we had to call another company to come fix the unprofessional job made.

They charged me 200 aed for fixing two lights. Material was 50 aed I understand but 150 aed for 5 min job is way too high. Definitiely would not recommend for quick and easy things.
