I am a resident of sharjah and my building is apparently chiller free. The maintenance is done by Fawaz Refrigeration. Pathetic service I must say. My flat no is 2702 buhaira insurance building ,buhaira corniche. I have been complaining since the past 3 months that my A/C is not cooling in the rooms but they don’t seem to be bothered. Their team comes for maintenance and cleans the filter and goes. I told the servicing guy today that it is not cooling at all he adjusted the vents and told me to wait for three hrs for the temperature to reduce but as usual nothing happened and the guy is not to be seen. Zero customer satisfaction for this company. I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone as they are liars and just want to run away from the situation.

They are into HVAC trading and FM services. They are the sole dealers of some of the premium HVAC brands and spares. They have a huge warehouse with a vast variety of items and has a long chain of showrooms in UAE and other GCC countries. Their FM division was previously maintaining some of the premium Government and private projects in Dubai, Sharjah and Fujerah. The company was a long heritage backed by experienced team.
Very bad and very slow service.. They will keep answering tomorrow tomorrow.. They seem not bothered to those people who are on the flat living without ac. They remove our ac and about 2 weeks now they still not bring new one. And until now me and my family is suffering and sleeping in the room like oven.. Its seem they don't care about there customer.. Worse company ever.
