I have never seen a buisness I’ve had to chase after 15 times so they can come pick up a a carpet. They have about 5 phone numbers and each person keeps passing you to the next. They told me they’ll come pick up Saturday and they never came. I’ve used their business three times and each time I have to beg them to come pick up the carpet?!?!? Last time I use them. Not worth the headache

The worst carpet cleaning company they take my carpet more than 10 days and they don’t respond to my calls they are really rude and careless don’t trust them 👎🏻
To be honest i cannot rate the cleaning service cause they didn’t come... They already gave me 2 times in 2 days to pick up the carpets, and i have to wait every day for them and the end nothing happens !! I just don’t like when people don’t commit with the word they give!! Or at least to apologise for not comming ...
