I just got my rear view mirror with dash camera and rear camera installed. They have a good team work. They go to work quickly and they know what to do. I am happy with the service they gave me. The price is fair.
My recent experience with getting a front camera installed in my car turned into an absolute nightmare, all thanks to the incompetence of the technicians involved. Not only did they lack knowledge about camera quality, but they also engaged in a heated argument with me, making the entire ordeal highly unpleasant. From the very beginning, it was evident that the primary technician handling the installation was clueless about camera technology. When I inquired about the camera's specifications, particularly whether it was an AHD (Analog High Definition) camera or not, he looked puzzled and seemed completely unaware of what I was talking about. Somehow, he finally succeeded with installation. When I played the camera quality it was a disaster. Showing very bad quality (480p). I asked him twice whether it is AHD or lower quality. But he was showing me a box and the quality of the camera was written on it. After lots of technical arguments, forcefully I have to keep it bcz I don't no what to do. The trouble began when I raised questions about the installation process and the quality of the camera. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and understanding, this particular team member decided to adopt a confrontational and hostile attitude. He essentially issued an ultimatum, saying, "If you want to install it, keep it..if not, we will remove it." Such a response was not only unprofessional but also utterly disrespectful to a paying customer. As a customer, I have every right to ask questions and seek clarification about the service I am about to receive. Instead of providing answers or attempting to address my concerns, this team member chose to resort to intimidation and coercion, leaving me feeling cornered and uncomfortable throughout the entire exchange. I had also installed a reverse camera from their team, very next morning it started showing me a glitch on the screen.then I have conversation with the technician, it's okay he will fix it once u are here. On the same day evening I went there he fixed the glitch. After three or four days. It started showing again. Still it is showing the same. People who are working here don't have enough time to go again and again to fix it. Still it's showing a glitch. Better I should move to another electronic shop with a professional and better technician. Whatever glitch is there..better to fix from the other shop. Totally it was a bad experience with them. I hope they will improve.
Take twice as long as they say, had to come back again and then they made me wait over an hour after my appointment. Staff nearly drove my car door into a wall and when I saved it and shouted they were angry with me for slamming the door. I am still trying to get them to fix the airbag light that came on after they worked on the car. Don’t come here if you value your time or want anything like good service.
There is a lack of credibility among the employees in this shop, and they are not honest in providing accurate information. I approached them to change the car stereo, and the employee told me he would install a new original stereo for a Nissan Patrol. However, I was surprised when he brought out a used stereo made in China, complete with only a one-week warranty, for 750 dirhams. At the same time, another customer entered the shop, expressing his frustration about stereo problems he had encountered for the second time after having his stereo installed there. He was very angry with them.
Very bad service in Al ain brunch and don’t respect to customer I have installed lCD with camera including 1 year warranty then I have some issue with camera I went to them they said camera issue and they charged 100 AED for camera and fixed very badly and the supervisor has very bad Attitude horrible service I would like to speak to owner if he can contact Me I Never recommend to anyone to go to this place
