I took my 2013 750iL there after the AC started to barely cool (still before the high summer). The guys assumed it was the evaporator that was leaking. OK, gave me the feedback about the cost and I say sure. Paid around 13k AED for the service for a car that was worth 40k AED. Not the best decision I made. :)
Anyway, the AC started to fade a few weeks after the "repair", only to find out that the system had a leak. I started to question if the evaporator was ever at fault or they just guessed-gambled with my money...
I am definitely not taking my car back there. If you need a good guy to fix you BMW, go to ONE-TIME workshop. I recommend that.

I’ve visited the show room asking for bmw motorcycles and they told me it’s an Abu Dhabi ,they took my phone number to call me back and they never called back ((bad customer service))

So I bought a BMW x6 from them,
I must say I am very unsatisfied with the service
The car was for my mom dad's 25th anniversary as a present to them
They told me to collect the car on wednesday anytime so I went to them in the night to collect the car as next day was my mom dad's anniversary. However, as soon as I sat in the car it showed me, " comfort level restricted, you may countunie driving" buying a new car I didn't expect to have such an immediate pop up in the car. This means they didn't check my car completely before getting it to me. And as I'm paying 500,000 I didn't expect this pop up to come because I've had no such experience like this previously.
However, I shifted my plans for mom dad's anniversary from Thursday to Sunday
As the car now would come on Sunday as the BMW executives promised me
However, today is Sunday and I get a WhatsApp message from Mr Muhammed in saniya alain motors saying that the car will not be ready today also and it will take some time.
Now I am very worried as I shifted my entire family plans to Sunday to celebrate my mom dad's 25th anniversary However they can still not provide me the car after promising
Firstly, I'm afraid to take the car now
Secondly, if I spend 500,000 on the car and can not get it for a special occasion then what's the point of the car?
Thirdly,very unprofessional staff as they promise to deliver on time twice but fail both the times
Fourthly, I would never ever in my worst dreams also recommend any one to buy from alain motors
They only take money first and then give such bad service. Zero ratings.
Now I don't want the car at all. I spent 500,000 to see the happiness on my mom dads face for their anniversary and they spoilt all the plans zero ratings for alain motors.
Very bad service
We have received our brand new BMW 318i M sport in a comprehensive door delivery!!! I was excited to receive our dream car during this pandemic; as we reside in Dubai, I was anxious about purchasing a vehicle from Abu Dhabi Motors without physically witnessing it. Initially, we had much confusion about whether to go with Mini Cooper or BMW, but because of salesperson Mr. Rami Al Samara, we could clarify our requirement nonchalantly and chose to go for BMW. I would call him an encyclopaedia of BMW cars and a great salesperson too. He has significant knowledge about the vehicle and very composed when it comes to handling the customer. He has elucidated all my questions every time, and it was very beneficial during the process. It would’ve been a little difficult for me if Rami was not there to support me 24/7 and now we became friends. I also appreciate Mr. Joseph from the delivery side, who was very helpful in registration and delivery. Collectively it was a great experience with Abu Dhabi Motors Al Ain branch with transparent policy, and I highly recommend Mr. Rami in the first place.
We visited the BMW showroom in Al Ain in April 2025 to service my BMW Z4, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. Since I purchased my 2025 Z4 from Abu Dhabi Motors (thanks to them having the purple color I wanted), I chose to bring it to their Al Ain branch for servicing—and I’m so glad I did. The level of service here is far superior to any of the BMW service centers in Dubai. The staff are far more professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, and efficient. A special thanks to Mr. Aiham, our service advisor, who was an absolute gentleman. He was incredibly friendly and took the initiative to ensure the full service was completed in just 3 hours—so we didn’t need to make a second trip to Al Ain to pick up the car. That kind of proactive thinking is rare, and I’ve never experienced it at any BMW service center in Dubai. Ms. Mariam, another service advisor, was also very kind and helpful. The showroom itself was beautiful, well-organized, and easy to access, with plenty of parking available. Truly brilliant service all around—highly recommended!
