1 year warranty is fake. Gearbox broken and they are saying it is not manufacturing defect. They sell Chinese gearbox saying made in Italy/UK.

First they give warranty and after they say it is your fault. They only sell China motor with Europe sticker. I would never recommend it to anyone.
Your owner sold motor without vat bill saying it is cheap. Then in a month it burned, and saying no warranty. Your competitor gave me with warranty and motor is good too. People who have done business with you once also they must know this what brand, quality or customer service you have!!
