I got scammed. I paid for petrol but only realised late that the car petrol indicator did not change. I had to order for CAFU because it got dangerously low by the time I got home.

I’m really disappointed with their server it is getting really bad, I had an issue with from before and they have made it worse. I came and stopped to get fuel for my car but the agent didn’t come and went to the car behind me and I came first, I said it’s ok let’s wait and he will come but he finished from the car and didn’t come to me. It’s really a shame on them and the station wasn’t full at all. It is my last time that I will come to you guys. I would rather go to ENOC or EPPCO or ADNOC. Bad 👎🏻 I hope you take my comment to improve your service because I emailed you guys from before but not a single reply.
It was nice less buys, being next to mosque it's a bit busy for all fuel, food and prayer place. There is a burger king which we usually visit where we can sit and eat easily. Never had any issue with the fuel as well, overall it's a good place to take a break specially when you are a long drive/going to Abu Dhabi.
Their grocery store is always out of stock of everything.
Totally disappointed! I’ve been washing my car here every time (exclusively here).My car got multiple scratches on the top and even if on the expertise paper were not circled any scratches on the top,the manager insisted that the scratches are not from their machine. Never going to use their services anymore and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone because they are not serious.
