Didn't turn up on time for pest control booked for our office. They were so late that we had to cancel. And never called back to reschedule or follow up.

Extremely unprofessional experience! Rude staff and dismissive. Their lack of professionalism left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable and respectful treatment.

I decided to tried their service because of the reviews and recommendations here but it all seems fake because these people are very unprofessional and unreliable! I scheduled an appointment with them twice and no one showed up. They keep making lame excuses and it caused us a lot of inconvenience.

I WON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE FOR THEIR SERVICES!!!

I had organized a sofa deep cleaning schedule from Eco Guardian (through Urban Company) Mr Babar who carried out the cleaning did an awesome job. The sofa was deep cleaned, all dust removed and after the service was over he also cleaned the surroundings, I would give a 5 star service rating to Mr Babar and Eco Guardian cleaning. Thanks.

I paid for the bedbugs services and they came and just sprayed something that didn't work since then I have tried to reach out by email and by WhatsApp but the keep ghosting me... Just a pure waste of money... leaving this review so people don't fall for the scam

they take money and dont turn up.. bad service.. their manager on phone is rude. used their service and bedbugs and cosckroaches r too much.. they r miser people.. beware.. may god block them from doing any business

Very good pest control service. Arrived on time and wore protective covering on their shoes when spraying in the house. They also offer to come back if any insects found for up to 2 weeks with no extra charge. I have found the spray used is not too strong and dissipates quickly. I have been using them for 4 years every 6 months. Highly recommend.
