For those of us who prefer face to face service. The convenience of self-service with helpful staff on hand, just in case... Newly refurbished, centrally located - closing times could be extended. Presently, most days they close at 5pm, apart from Wednesday (closes at 7pm).

The staffs are very helpful and polite. It is clean and well maintained. It is a huge office located near the road and it is easily accessible.
Very bad experience. Reached this office for an enquiry about my post paid plans expiring on april. The representative assisted (token number O12) me was behaving like totally not aware about the new plans and exit charges. By explaining my e& plans, he made me feels like, I have been cheated by e&... I think, I need to call toll free contact for more clarity... Not friendly or polite behaviour to customers.... Need to improve behaviour on customer service.
Worst internet we are paying 360 per month but the net is not even covered to the rooms worst service ever I could have given zero star but there is no option for it.
