I cannot express enough gratitude for Mr. Farid at DHL Fujairah. He is truly one of a kind, someone who goes above and beyond with a level of dedication and passion that is rare to find. It’s people like him who make or break a company, and he is the kind who makes it. Never in my life have I met someone with his love for the job, his work ethic, or his genuine care for customers. From the moment I walked in, he handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a personal touch that made all the difference. He didn’t just do his job. He made sure everything was perfect, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for me. Thanks to him, this was my first time dealing with DHL, and I can confidently say I’ll never go anywhere else. No other company could offer what DHL does because they don’t have him. On top of that, DHL’s speed was beyond impressive my shipment arrived in just 3 days, much earlier than expected. Huge thanks to the company for their efficiency, and an even bigger thanks to Mr. Farid for setting the standard of what true customer service should be.
I have a bad experience with them I put the delivery day on 27 march and they call a day before I called them and talk to them on live chat and non of them helped me they change the delivery to 28 just like that and on the there calling cursive the she put me on hole while am talking 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 really not a professional way to treat a customer

Service was bad I was call DHL around 2:40Pm to send some document to Abu Dhabi. Service center girl who answer me informed 4pm - 6pm someone come and pickup the document till I call again nobody was saw up it was really emergency that why I choice DHL but really disappointing
They were paid to deliver to my house but i had to pick up my shipment because they do not deliver to my area
