Excellent service by Mr. Waleed Mohsen I was fedup of changing my Automatic transmission of Land Cruiser (LC 100) from 2nd hand. Every time it was costing a lot. Based on my experience never put used gear instead go to DEXOL for fixing and they will give 6 months warranty which is peace of mind itself.
I had a bad experience: A Full Transmission overhaul (~6000AED) for a Toyota RAV4 2015 failed after less than 10,000km in 9 or 10 months. Similar work with the same cost should last around a 100,000km as far as I am aware. They said it is out of warranty and if I return the car I will probably need to make a similar payment. Furthermore, the service advisor or engineer that took care of it did not respond to calls or texts. Of course, I will not be returning.
I had a great experience with Dexol Sharjah. From the moment I brought my car in, they were highly professional, taking the time to meticulously inspect it and explain everything that needed to be done. They didn’t just tell me what was wrong—they showed me, making sure I understood the issues and the repairs required. Their transparency and attention to detail gave me confidence in their work. Highly recommend. Especial thanks and thumbs up to the branch manager and its staff.
I had an excellent time with their service for my Nissan patrol . Following the repair, I still had a few inquiries, and they were extremely helpful in answering all of them. Mr. Waleed, the manager, was particularly helpful, and I highly recommend him and his team . In general, I'm very pleased and happy with the way everything came together.
I had the worst experience I paid 105 aed for the problems which i already knew they charged me for 0 knowledge so basically i got charged for nothing. Useless
Incompetent advisors, drove my car for 5 miles and charged me 105 dirhams for a simple troubleshooting and did not even bother to read codes. I would have ended up dismantling my CVT transmission wherein the issue was with the left front struts.
Professional specialists in gearbox works , I’m doing my services in this branch since two years , they are continuously impressing me by their approach and good service. To be honest need to appreciate the manger Mr.Waleed and his manager for their efforts. Highly recommended.
Today, I went to Dexol sharjah branch. I spoke with one arabic person who looks like the in charge of the office as he was giving instructions on mic.
He told me that for the transmission diagnosis you have to pay AED 200 and you have to leave your car for 4 days just for 20min diagnosis job. I was shocked that if diagnoses is taking 4 days than i think for the repair it supposed to be 3 or 4 months.
I left sharjah branch and call the dubai branch of dexol which is located in al quoz. They said you can come now and diagnose will take maximum 30min and charge will AED 150. I went there and they did the diagnosis.
I felt like Dexol sharjah branch does not willing to help customers. They are getting customers bcz of the company name and with this behavior they are ruining the company image.
Charging higher comparative to Dubai Branch. Sharjah diagnose asked price AED 200 whereas Dubai Branch is charging AED 150. Which is almost 25% higher than Dubai
Taking 4 days just for 20 min diagnosis job
Not willing to help customers.
Very bad experience.
Even paid 8000 AED for gear repair it doesn’t run even 10000 Km and Got same problem.
They charged again 3000 For parts (as they say parts doesn’t come on warranty)
And the worst thing is car having same problem. and it doesn’t cover warranty now.
Just wasted 11000 AED by trusting the brand. Name
Wonderful shop for car's transmission repair & maintaining Great & helpful engineers are there Mr. Waleed, the workshop manager, is very helpful & cooperative Also, Mr. Bahjat, he is very supportive
