al rukn garage is great. they have all the facilities to accommodate all the problems of ur car. they have attentive staff and they will make sure that all customers will be satisfy to their service. they will finish ur car as soon as they can and they have a great specialization for mercedes. i highly recommend this garage.

I had an interesting.. experience with the workshop, I went there after reading the positive reviews here but..I was shocked :O 1. The coordination between managment and workers so poor.i mean charging me for a part and minutes before the car check out everybody surprised that the part is not installed to begin with! 2. Mechanics fix a major part and ignore other related parts that will effect badly the main problem,you must check every close related part! .i mean seriesly! If ur tooth hurts know why is that first not just change the tooth and ur good to go!. 3. Electricians do okay to be honest, but still, the experience and the language for a certain diagnoses are not as expected. In anyways, "if u pay money..and u still have the same problem again in your car knowing that you're giving all you can from ur side as a customer and a user..then the workshop is a trap" thats my motto, so the search for a real good workshop still going on. I recently took my Car to Al Rukin Al Diplomacy Workshop, and I am beyond impressed with their service! The team is highly skilled and professional, and they handled my car with utmost care. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues, and my car is running better than ever. The staff is friendly, transparent about pricing, and kept me updated throughout the process. I went there to fix my car and after I fix it
And cost me a lot for serving only 3 parts they took 1500 Dirhams .

When I get back to abu Dhabi the dash bord get on for the coolant level. otherwaise there is now problem with the pipe or the level of coolant water they fix another problem while I'm on the road The car overheated and surprised that the pipe out of it place they did not fix it well.

I had to move the car with recovery just imagine how costed me and the situation that I was in and I had to transfer the car to another carage in Abu Dhabi.

After that the another garage told me the pipe did not install it in its place and I had to bought a new one and took tine to find the pipe from the Workshops. This issue took more than 5 days between garages.
I had to rent a car to go for my work and pay for the rent , for the maintenance in the another garage ,maintenance in Sharjah charge and for recovery!!!!!!!!!

Terrible garage. They wanted to change all the parts in my car for no reason costing 15k. Staff at reception terrible, no manners and ignorant. No English speaking mechanics. Avoid at all costs. They only car about the money.

They are cheaters. They will cheat you and most probably destroy your car. Had the worst experience ever in my life with these cowboys for giving them my BMW X3 by mistake. They don’t know what they are doing and will try to give you fake repair estimates when your car actually does not need such repairs, parts or work and eventually spoil your car too.

They don't have any electrical knowledge

They don’t have skilled mechanic, service is such a waste and charges are exorbitant. We can do the service in authorised showroom with cheaper cost.
