Although the store carries a range of products, the items I was looking for were not available. What was nice was the attitude of the staff as they made every effort to guide me by offering options (I had made up my mind on exactly what I wanted) with indications on the pros and cons of those available. The prices are reasonable and the location of the store is convenient. I will most certainly go there to pick up something at a later date.

Bad customer service not they delivered a different product than the one I ordered when I went to them to replace it every worker threw me on the other worker no one wants to take the blame and they didn’t fix my problem and it’s not the first time I faced problems with this company

Danube has good quality products and services. But the service providers are giving me hard time. I’m trying to get a quotation for a kitchen and I’ve given them all the information they need Unfortunately they don’t call back or respond to my messages.

Excellent customer service by Mr. Javed, like hats off to him. I walked in to find the perfect mattress for myself and he had a realistic approach where he asked me to try it out practically and sit and lay on it for a while, which helped me to take my decision very easily. He also helped me with the bar chairs. Once again very calm and excellent customer service by him. Talking about the store it has amazing display of products making it easy for you see, feel and make your decision

Excellent service at the tiles section with Islam Ibrahim, very helpful and patient with the customers. We’ve also done our kitchen with Maseeh who assisted us throughout the process and was very cooperative, he’s a great designer and does his best to deliver exactly what’s requested.

I did my kitchen with Danube and the experience was absolutely wonderful in every way! The final result was even better than the pictures I had seen initially, and the service was excellent. I would like to give a special and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ismail for his incredible support and attention to detail — he was extremely helpful and always made sure every step of the project was done to the highest quality. The support from the design team and site engineers and labors was also outstanding and made everything so easy for me. Thank you again, and I highly recommend them with full confidence!

Super poor service and do not order anything from Danube online. They are not delivering on time your product and cheating a lot. After pay your total amount they saying item not available and it will take time to deliver. One lady call Asrak or someone similar to this name is answering your question without checking with anyone and changing words.

That’s the quality for Danube home within one year and once I reported and still the sofa under warranty. I got that reply and as they mentioned that’s the last offer. If iam buying unknown brand their quality will be better than this.

You finish the complain with out any kind of check or sending team to aske about the real issue even the same issue has reported before to the bigger sofa and has been repaired but that’s shown that you want only to reject and the sofa still under warranty that’s first and last time to use your self and thanks for appreciating your customers

The staff named Javed which I dealt with was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in guiding me through the selections. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their friendly attitude and attention to detail, ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Such excellent customer service is rare, and I wanted to take a moment to thank and appreciate the team.

Very disappointed with the service at Danube in Ras Al Khaimah.
I purchased a kitchen faucet from them three years ago, which came with a five-year warranty. To my surprise, they claimed that the invoice was not in their system, and I was told to wait three days just for someone to come and inspect the issue. They also said the customer must wait until the product is verified. How can a product of this price and supposed quality wear out so quickly?
I do not recommend Danube and advise customers to go with RAK Ceramics instead — the only brand that has truly proven its reliability.
