All staff are okay except for this guy named Marvin, who made our experience very disappointing due to his demeanor. His words question my capability to pay them. derailleur feared badly damaged in transit from London - the guys were incredible - with some heat and some manipulation the issue was fixed enabling me to ride the race on sunday. First class outfit, cheap and super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

Went to these guys today, my rear derailleur had been bent. They explained the problem well and were professional in their approach they did not charge me any money for their advice which is really great as some mechanics charge money just for inspection. They told me that they did not have the required parts but they ensured that they would restock within today and give me a quotation by 3, 4 hours. Their conduct is professional. Really happy with these guys . Keep up your good quality. The shop atmosphere is great, great interiors and good setup
