Rude, ignorant, terrible customer service and no respect. Purchased a two way radio from them and asked them nicely how to program Kirisun PT8200 as the "manual" does not explain properly. I was told to go to Dragon Mall in Dubai, and speak to a nameless person. As I only want to know how to program, I do not see any reason to go somewhere. All they have to do is take responsibility and write up how to program this product, but even that is too much asked for. They gave me a phone number of someone, yet that person is not in the country. I pointed out that there are consumer rights, yet they dont care about that at all, as they have their own policy. CRONY.AE YOU FAIL MISERABLY AT ALL POINTS.
