Brought my car in for bumper repaint and rims repair/repaint as my current insurance didn’t properly repaint it. Im glad that Karim looked after my car. Now it looks as out of agency with same color paint in bumpers and rims. I sent my car on recovery back and forth. Didn’t even visit the workshop as Karim was promptly updating me about the progress. All was done in 4 days.

Never, never, never, never, never go to this garage. They just destroy your car. Even during simple oil change service they damaged the threads of the oil drain plug and hide this case. It was found just now in another service because I changed the service due to total unprofessional work. Absolute shame and unprofessional behavior.

The experience of this garage they distroy our car. The Staff there is not professional. So please beware of this garage i hope the owner. know that he has worker dosent know to work.

Unfortunately I have had a few bad experiences with the services provided in which quotes had to be adapted based on missed warranty inclusions as well the fact that my vehicle after servicing had to be returned on one occasion. The latest issue has made me decide I shall no longer use the services offered.

I had serviced the vehicle according to the last free service and then was given a quote on top for needed work which was 6K plus. I paid and did this work and within the month of this being done I had come to find out through bringing the vehicle back to the garage due to a slight squeaking sound on the rear wheels, that the rear breaks pads needed to be done now too.

I had asked was all this not inspected in the service done as well as additional work paid for on top which was a month away from this point. I was told the break pads were fine at that initial stage ( a month back) and then my question asked was how could it take one month for this if it was fine upon inspection. I also asked what was the status of the break pads and I was told 50%.

I do not feel the customer service is on point and that the approach to my concerns are dealt with in the correct manner and tone.
