I got the 3-layer 9H ceramic polish done on my black car and honestly, I’m blown away! The shine is incredible, and it looks even better than when I first got it. The coating makes it so much easier to keep clean too. The team was super friendly and really took their time with the work. Highly recommend this place if you want your car to look amazing and stay protected!

REALLY BAD SERVICE!
This was my experience:
I went to them one night the supervisor told me to come the next night at 8:30pm because they’re too busy. All good. I go back and come the next day at 8:30pm and they didn’t start the work until 10:00pm and I had told them before I came that I need the car at 11:00pm - people go pray in Ramadan around midnight. But instead, I waited from 8:30 till 10pm and they started making social media photoshoots and videos at 10:00pm, while 4 customers are waiting for their cars!
He said we can finish a car’s polish in one hour. Never have I seen a sedan car polish work finish in an hour. They started by washing the car only with water (no soap) and directly started using the grinder to polish the car. No sand paper application before, no wax after. I asked for my car back and just left with polish on the car’s bonnet and they didn’t even bother to ask why a customer is leaving upset.
This is how you want to ruin the quality of your business by ruining people’s car paint and on the instagram videos you tell them it’s only 99AED? And you don’t even tell them that this is the quality of service you are offering?
I feel sad for your future.
Unfortunately bad service for first time experience with them.

الخدمة كانت سيئة وطاقم العمل غير متعاونين، وعند تقديمي شكوى على الخدمة لم يتجاوب معي أي أحد وتواصلت على رقم الواتساب لرفع الشكوى ولكن لم يرد علي أي أحد.. للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة وأتمنى أن يتم مراعاة رضا الزبائن عند تقديم الخدمة وأن يكون لهم الأولوية
عدم احترام للمواعيد ومن سبق لبق👎👎👎. كلمتهم امس على الواتساب للاستفسار عن سعر البوليش ومتى اقدر اييب سيارتي، وقالولي بعد الساعه ١٢ وكل شي واضح. اليوم قبل ما اتحرك اتصلت فيهم اتأكد رد علي شخص عربي قال لي في سياره موجوده قبلي واقدر اييب سيارتي عقب ساعه، عقب ساعه رحتلهم من الشارجه والمفروض انه دوري والسياره اللي قبلي خلصت، قالولي الحين في سيارتين قبلي وبتخلص سيارتي باجر. وين احترام المواعيد؟ اذا الوضع من سبق لبق خبرونا وطبعًا كنسلت فكرة التعامل معاهم.
No respect for appointments first come first served 👎👎👎 I contacted them yesterday on WhatsApp to ask about the price of polishing and when I could bring my car. They told me I could come after 12 PM, and everything seemed clear. Today, before heading over, I called again, and an Arab guy answered, telling me there was one car ahead of mine but that I could bring my car in an hour.
An hour later, I drove all the way from Sharjah to be told that now there were two cars ahead of mine and that my car wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow!
Where’s the respect for appointments? If it’s a “first come, first served” system, then be upfront with your customers instead of misleading them. I won’t be dealing with them.
