After giving sufficient details over the phone, they mentioned that as I have not shared my location, the appointment was missed. Very unprofessional, no follow-up, and I was blamed for not following up on them, after receiving a confirmation over the phone.
Availed their pest control service in our villa at Yasmin Ajman, they use very effective chemicals that eliminate the bedbugs and ants. Found this pest control team very professional and helpful. Definitely recommend to get their best pest control service in Ajman.
Bad customer care
Don’t trust , I have done Pesting with these people , it’s waste , not effective , they had sent only one person for Pesting and he took one hour to finish , but no result , after 2 days also team of cockroaches are running here and there . Don’t trust others review. It’s there own people who have posted nd giving good comments.
I have did my recent pest control with them on 30/11/2022. But still I can see some cockroch here and there. Even I have called same person to inform the situation. He said he will schedule the visit. One more time. Till now no one has contacted me. Unprofessional way
I recently had an excellent experience with Aim Premium Ajman Pest Control company. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was top-notch—friendly and responsive. If I could give them 0 star I would honestly, staff are unprofessional and lazy that they don’t want to open the manhole and spray it. The most ridiculous part is that their reason was that the house was too old and manhole isn’t openable which is actually funny because I opened the other manhole to fix my Tesla charger under ground just a week ago. even the same manhole that was opened a week ago they couldn’t open it. I agreed with the guy on WhatsApp that the manhole should be sprayed and the deal was done. Once they reached I told him do the manhole he said no need there is no roaches there!!! I am paying extra for the manhole spraying and he doesn’t want to do it even if there is no cockroaches that’s non of his concern as long as I’m paying for the work he is doing but he was just too lazy and unprofessional which is actually sad for a company with high reviews. Let alone that we agreed to do the pest control at 3pm, the team reached at 3:45!!!! They wasted my time for nonsense. I would not recommend this company at all even if they offer free pest control services for the whole UAE because the staff are useless and unprofessional and let alone that they don’t have the knowledge that the most place to spray is the manhole because it’s the home of cockroaches!!!!!
