Following my quote request, Mr. Nizam's proactive follow-up resulted in my purchase of the complete PPF and accessory package for my Jetour T2. The service and staff were exemplary. Thank you.

Highly recommended! Nizam did an excellent job with my ceramic tint and upholstery. They are professional, easy to coordinate with, and offers affordable prices. The transactions are quick, and the results are impressive. Truly a pleasure to deal with!

Horrible work ! I paid for a wrap + a dechrome i leaved the car for a week. When i picked up the car, wrap and dechrome was poorly finished. They said « don’t worry this is normal, after a week you will come back and we will adjust everything ».

After a week it was horrible, dechrome was gone and wrap damaged at some places so i bring the car for 3 days more at their workshop. When i took the car, it was again poorly finished but better than before. I took the car because i needed it but then dechrome was going again.

I gave them for the 3rd time 3 days and it was the same instead their marketing slogan is « every details count ». Now dechrome is again going. They are using cheap material and they are not qualified for this job.

Now they are not answering and i can see that i am not the only one in that situation unfortunately.

I brought my car for dechroming. The job done was of very poor quality, the paint was falling off. I returned the 1st time to get the dechromed parts done again. But again the dechromed parts kept coming off, I have attached pictures of the low quality dechrome. The third time I came back I requested nicely to remove all the dechrome, and I do not need it anymore. I did not request any money back. Even though the product delivered was unacceptable and didn't stay on the car.

I had my headlights tinted to a darker color I initially requested after repeated advise from Mr. Jaimy. After several police stops informing me to reduce the tint shade I decided to also request a lighter shade.

When I came to dechrome without requesting any refund. They still insisted to charge me again for the headlight tint change even though it was advised by their own employee.

I wasted more than 3 days and a lot driving/waiting hours, to end up without the end result they kept promising.

I will pay the tint change, but I will never ever return to this garage. And recommend no one to use their services.

Their customer service is very bad.

I had my rim paint jobs done, it looks so cool and nice after. Like i did recommend them to my friends. However, when i did my full body carwash, the paint peeled off.I told them and showed them then they did repainting for the 2nd time. They told me not to wash it for 24hrs as the paint takes time to hold and “do not do power wash”.
I told them that this is my car, I invested money to have my car and i have the right to take care of it or whatever I want to do with my car.
After a couple of days, the paint still did not hold, same as what happened to my friends car. I messaged them and i did not received any even “hi”.
So i told my friends to forget about going to this shop, as i they are only good at marketing but not on quality service.

I am their returning customer. First time I got my Patrol PPF’ed on which I believe they did good job. No complaints, and any bubbles or any concerns subsequently were minor and were fixed immediately.

Fast forward, I took my brand new Tesla to these guys for tinting, and to my surprise they did horrible job in first attempt. I complaint, they asked me to come back, they tried again. 2nd time much better job but again I got bubbles in tint within a week’s time. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

It seems they changed the staff, and management, and claimed that they are even better now but I doubt!!

I purchased a new Jetour T2 from the showroom, and one of the salesmen recommended Carsaaz for tinting, claiming they were very good. So, we took our brand-new car there for tinting. Unfortunately, they ended up scratching all my windows. It's clear they have an unskilled tinting team.

After all these scratches, they promised compensation and asked me to clear the scratches and provide an invoice for a refund. I got the scratches removed from a professional service in Al Quoz and sent the quotation to Carsaaz. Initially, they gave me hope, but later, they said they couldn't do anything for me.

For your reference, I’m sharing photos here. Please check them before you decide to go to Carsaaz. They use normal blades for cutting the tint, which caused the scratches. They are very unprofessional and misleading.

As a car enthusiast, I know the pain of seeing scratches on my car, so I urge you to be careful and make sure your car is handled by a professional team to avoid these kinds of issues.

I recently had PPF matte on my Infiniti QX60 at this shop, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results! What a phenomenal job they did, the PPF in my BJ40. I gave this review after 4 months because I see the quality and after a few days. I went there to show some issues and their fixes without any hesitation that is amazing and top of the notch.
