I scheduled a simple oil change in advance and was assured the required parts, including the oil filter, would be ready. However, after they had already drained my car's oil, I was informed the oil filter wasn't available and had to be purchased elsewhere, causing a 3-hour delay.
To add to the frustration, I was charged a higher cost than l've paid for the same service before, without any clear explanation.
This level of mismanagement and poor communication has made me decide not to return. I can no longer recommend this garage based on my recent experience."

However, I decided to reach out to Carpros for a second opinion. They diagnosed the issue as a problem with the ECU and fixed it for under 3000 AED! I visited Carpros in October 2024 for a comprehensive oil change on my car, which included engine oil, transmission oil, and differential oil. Unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The engine oil was filled above the normal level, raising concerns about the attention to detail in their work.

The following day, after they had changed the differential oil, I started hearing a cranking noise coming from the rear differential every time I made a turn. I took my car to another garage, where they discovered that the rear differential had failed. It turned out that the unprofessional work done on the differential led to the failure, and I had to replace the entire rear differential due to the damage caused.

Additionally, when it came time to pay, I was quoted a price for the services. After mentioning that I had a Mazaya discount, they raised the original price so that, after applying the discount, it would come closer to the initial price. This felt like an attempt to counterbalance the discount, and it was both deceptive and frustrating.

Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with Carpros. Not only did their work lead to significant damage to my vehicle, but their questionable pricing practices left a bad impression. I will not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere for reliable and honest service

Worst service I wasted both time and money if you are not capable you have to tell before.after repair also problems still exists if we ask they say it’s an existing issue.
