Bad service, I had my car serviced due to coolant water leak, after two days holding the car, they sent it as supposed to be fixed with Genuine spare part as per the Bill. two weeks later it started to leak again from the same parts.

I took it to another garage, they show me how bad assembly they did and parts that they charged me as original was fake no serial number no model, nothing written on it.

Be careful , if you expensive car dont take it there , We took our X6 to remove some white spray and they polish it and damage all the bpdy , round polish aign everywhere , we took it back for fix the problem and they didnt fix it and start saying its normal to look like that after polish !!!!!!! They think people are stupid and normally we take our cars for polishing to have tgat round machine signs !!! Its was our mistake to not take it to well known polish center or to to the agency . 300k worth BMW and its 1 year old only looks now like 5 years old car with lot of bad looking signs specially under the sun of night led lights .

I had a great experience with Carmate, thanks to Mr. Akhil's excellent service. I had a dent and paint job done, along with a headlight replacement, and everything was handled perfectly. He efficiently coordinated the pickup and drop-off of my car for repairs, making the process stress-free. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was smooth and professional.. I have been their customer for 3 years and I have never faced a bad service like last time. One week ago I took my car for the regular maintenance service and general inspection. I was unlucky to meet and hand over my car to Mr Jaison.
It took 48 hours to complete the inspection and get the report. The report and quotation was sent to me on WhatsApp and he talk to me briefly on the phone about the same. He also mentioned that I need to change the Gearbox, gear mounting and engine mounting but they cannot do it and later I need to take the car to an another workshop.
The car was ready after another 3 days. I informed Jaison about the time I am coming to receive my car and he agreed.
When I went to receive my car Jaison was not in the office, I called him and sent him a message but he did not answer. Then I requested his colleague in the office to call him and he answered him!!
He talk to me on his colleague phone and only told me to pay and take my car. I asked him to explain to me about the service that has been done and he said tell my colleague in the office to explain to you.
The other guy in the office had no clue and was not able to answer any of my queries. They told me to pay and leave. I paid but after I left and got into my car one of them came out and gave me the report of the service and replaced parts through the car window without envelope.
I did not feel welcomed, I did not feel being in safe hands. I only felt disrespected and dismissed.
I will never go again to this place, they lost one customer and I am sure they do not care.

There might be good in other ways but electrical, not at all. I even asked if they have technician or expert in car wirings and said they have, brought my car and just totally messed it up. They remove the front bumper, removed the old headlight assy, (I am the one even installed the bulbs on the new headlight assy) put the new one, plugged it in and didn't work. now when they cannot make it work, I suggested to just put back the old headlight assy. when installed the old headlight assy, then it didn't work at all. signal light and parking light (where it was still working before). I said okay, leave it (since Im planning to bringing my car to a different garage/workshop). The guy installed back the bumper and now on the right fender a gap is there. Then I was called inside for the payment, I needed to pay 360 for messing my car totally which I did not accept. One guy said and I quote "Sir, if you are willing to pay, pay, if not, you can go.", I grabbed my keys and go. Will never go to Carmate again. Even my car breaksdown.

This is my second time coming to this shop and it still gave me the best customer service and maintenance help for my car. The initial conversation with Mr. Vignesh went smoothly and prices were reasonable - (as a woman with difficulty in looking for honest and trustworthy quotes). Now comes the maintenance for my tires(alignment, balance) and cleaning of engine bay with the help of the team in-charge. Overall, this place not only provides good customer support, but also efficient and effective in what they do. Truly a specialist in this field.

Took a car for a full check-up before buying. The report from Carmate showed no issues with the car and I did buy it. Fast forward a few days, I started facing issues with the car, only to find out the gear and steering box have major issues. I took it to another mechanic and he was shocked that Carmate report was so clean with such obvious problems - I ended up paying almost 20k for repairing.
