I cannot recommend this company. When I picked up the car, I walked in and just asked for the company car. I have never been there before. They didn't know me at all. Still I didn't have to identify myself or proof that I am authorised to take the car. I was just handed the car keys and pointed in the direction where it was parked. Furthermore, the car was filthy. Empty bottles and food containers, old rugs. The car wasn't vacuumed. No one did a handover with me. I had to go back to the office to request to have some sort of handover.
Very unprofessional.

I only do reviews on places and people who truly offered an exceptionally good service. I want to congratulate Akshay from this company. We are insured with New India and had to get a repair done. Capital Auto is their appointed workshop in Dubai. From the first day, Akshay handled our claim in a calm, professional manner. He was also responsive and professional through follow ups. Both my husband and I were truly impressed with this young man. We wish him the best for his future.

It was fast and specially I want to mention the service and response of my Service Agent one Mr. Akshay. he was there for to answer each and every calls and messages, which is to be honest very rare in Auto Service Industry. I recently visited the shop and I am very satisfied with the service I received from Akshay, he was quick on responses and attended to every small details I asked them to fix and made sure that my car handed over to me in best way possible.

Not happy at all, my car has been there for 4 months now. On follow ups I am ignored, delivery promises are made and not kept Chandu is this guy who does not give feedback. My car was even loaded by the police as they parked it outside, and I was not even told about this till I went there to find out. And believe me it is no mayor repairs as well but simple things. Believe me you will not be treated as a customer, and will just be ignored. Up to now I do not know when this car will be completed, and it is not waiting on spare parts at all.

PLEASE do not use this garage. I’ve been going here for my repairs for over 5 years and I’ve made friends. However these people are not trustable and I shall not name them but 1st they have been cheating with the cost and the parts repairs and second most important thing is that I’ve always noticed a trend with my 3 different cars I’ve used over all. Once you take your car here. The repairs do not stop every week or every month I had to take the cars back to them and I had to constantly repair my cars. As soon as I took my car elsewhere. I had no issues other than the parts Capital Auto had replaced previously. They do not use original parts and take cost for the same. I am completely disappointed by this and the people I made friends with. Namely Ajit, Chandu.

The stuff don’t have any respect and bad customer service it was my first this happened to me
