They do not know how to fix computers. I took my computer in because I didn't know what was wrong with it. They never looked into what was wrong with it. They wiped my original windows 10 from it and added a shady windows 10 version that never worked properly from the beginning. All they had to do was a factory reset, and my original windows would have reloaded. I was there to find out if there was a hardware problem, not have my computer gutted. I think they stole my large memory as well and put in two smaller ones. When I called to tell them it wasn't working for the third time, the man on the phone yelled at me and said I should be grateful they got it working. I didn't pay them to have it work very poorly for a week. Do not trust these people with your devices.
