A really good electronic repair shop. They were quick and gave me regular updates about my laptop. The people in the shop were polite and nice too. The only thing slightly negative was their lack of communication as to why my laptop crashed. Otherwise really efficient and reasonably priced shop!

I took an appointment so that the technician could check my internet connection. At the beginning he said next day, i called him morning then he said he going to come after 4:30pm , i stayed home waiting for him till 8:00. After that he said that he cannot make it today so I have to wait till Monday. poor management makes me without internet for two days

I recently visited this computer repair shop with what I thought would be a simple issue in my MSI GE63VR laptop, but my experience was far from satisfactory. While they might handle basic repairs, I would not recommend this place for gaming laptops or more complex issues.

The technician seemed unfamiliar with the proper "prying tools" needed to open a gaming laptop, especially one with a clip-secured body. While attempting to repair a burned power IC, he ended up damaging several other components, including four non-functional keyboard keys, a broken HDMI port, DisplayPort, and a graphics card that no longer works. On top of that, the laptop no longer charges the battery and can only run on AC power. The technician also lost screws and tried to take shortcuts in front of me, even forcing a longer screw into the motherboard, which created a hole but still didn’t fix the issue. I mean seriously?

To make matters worse, they did a poor job of applying thermal paste, which clearly shows their lack of experience with gaming laptops. My laptop stayed with them for about 3-4 days, during which I had to call 2-3 times a day just to get updates on their progress. At that point, I decided to give up and asked them to return the laptop to me, as I was concerned they would cause even more damage. It honestly felt like the technician was still in an internship phase, using my laptop as a practice machine to learn how things work.

I’ve had this laptop for seven years with no issues, and it only stopped working during regular use. While I accept that the power ICs may have been faulty, the technician's carelessness caused further damage—particularly to the keyboard and graphics card, which could have been avoided with more experience.

I strongly recommend seeking repair services elsewhere, such as Al Ain Center, where you can expect more professional handling, especially for valuable devices. This shop owner aka "Arbab" tried to rob me by quoting me 450 AED for replacing a few ICs (which likely costs 50 AED or less) and caused more damage without acknowledging it. The shop owner clearly has little knowledge of gaming laptops and quoted prices based on appearances, making the entire experience frustrating and costly.

If you have a new, high-end gaming laptop, I strongly recommend avoiding repairs at Bright Solutions, or be prepared to take full responsibility for any potential risks.

Price quite high..i would understand Higher price for higher quality but here thats not the case ...really hoping that they would get competition in the area..

Take so much time to fix a simple problem, communication skills in the team is poor, they dont finish the service in time as they promised.

Since you asked for an explanation. Here's everything messed up about this shop:
1. They sold me a computer that can't be charged , i only came to find out when i took it home and tried to use it without charger ... So i was basically scammed
2.They lack knowledge about most computer functions and basics. For example they told me that my hard drive is hhd when it's clearly SSD and can be seen on it .
3. when i returned the laptop to be fixed at latter time , instead of addressing the issue about battery , They told me that my hard drive wasn't working and that it needs to be changed just to scam me for more money. .. I took the laptop to another shop and they clarified the issue

Use their service at your own risk, they will
A. Scam you
B. Overcharge you
C. Misdiognose the issue with your device and give you the worst suggestions
