Bu Faisal, a treasure trove of home furnishings, furniture, books, toys, bags, bikes, carpets, electronics, and soooooo many other items. Its actually fun to walk through the store as u discover new things at each turn. Some used, some new... Delivery people are available there if u intend to buy large furniture. Parking is free. Staff is particularly helpful in helping u find the item of ur choice.
If you really want to waste your time then you should visit that place. Not even deserve 1 star.
Just now visited the shop, the videos they posted in the social media are entirely different, the people over there were not that much friendly to guide us or they were not ready to help with assistance
Last week , I bought one sofa L-shape brand new & good quality & also cheap 750 AEd
My experience was not good. Sofa was not delivered on the day it was promised despite several reminders. The color of the cushions was different than what was ordered. When I mentioned this, I was told that it will be ready after two days and I have to come and collect it even though it was not my fault that wrong color was delivered. i gave them couple of chances to correct their mistakes but no one is bothered. Not worth it to buy from here

Not recommended, 2 years before I purchased from here in a good deal but now they are very arrogant , harsh and over priced , no delivery and if we add the delivery charge you can buy brand new with warranty.
Terrible customer service. They said they will price the beds with fitting included. After payment & delivery they said no fitting - Please do better.
unorganized and very dirty, not the best offers, its definitely best if you buy new furniture.... that being said , it has many hidden treasures and alot of furniture upgradeing projects can be found , its an experience similar to a flee market in a way , make sure to grab snacks and water for a long adventure in the 4 connected warehouses. yeah its a big place
You can find a a lot of used furniture and household items in this place. Going in the morning is the best time after lunch this place gets busier and hotter. You can negotiate the price. Take your time and discover the things patiently.
