Cheaters..... Don't consider Al Arbia except tyre change on January last I contacted them for front shock absorber replacement, after checking they said gear box seal got damaged and oil leakage was there and engine mounting bush need to be replaced and other few things. I paid almost 2400 dhs but they didn't change anything. Last week car breakdown happened and took my car to another garage that mechanic found the above problems again. Now i spent another 3000dhs to sort out. Now car is okay.
Professional staff, quick service, and great prices. My car drives much smoother now. Highly recommend!
Recently I took my Lexus to this shop to balance the wheels . I was astonished by Their customer care . The moment I reached there , staff were already prepared to help me out with anything . The inspected the issue properly first , then arranged the vehicle to balance the wheels , brought the necessary tools , and started servicing. It didn't take them much time to do all this , and were doing it pretty smoothly as well . The interior of the shop is well built and comfortable . I love the paint job as well . The staff were very friendly and supportive . It was worth spending time on this shop . It was a pretty good experience compared to other tyre shops . I highly recommend everyone to visit the shop in case they have any issues with their vehicle . ☺️
Super trustworthy team. I first came in with a suspected issue on my SUV, and instead of trying to upsell or charge me for something I didn’t need, they checked everything thoroughly and confirmed it was all good—didn’t even charge me for it. That kind of honesty is rare. I later came back for a wheel alignment, and they really took their time to get it right. No rushed 5-minute job like I’ve experienced elsewhere—I've been scammed before, so I really appreciated the attention to detail. Their pricing is fair, and what I really respect is that they don’t try to speed through your car just because the next customer showed up. Driving from Dubai to Ajman for their service has always felt 100% worth it.
Very Disappointed – Be Careful Before Buying I bought Falken tires from this shop, and one of the tires was damaged from the start. I came back 12 times to complain because my car had constant vibration, and every time they insisted there was no issue with the tires. After wasting so much time and money, I finally went directly to Falken, and they confirmed that the tire was defective. This shop ignored the problem and kept insisting everything was fine, even though there clearly was a serious issue. I don’t recommend this shop to anyone — be very careful. They had the chance to fix it but chose to keep the problem hidden.
